The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phone throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Military sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Military swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Phone throws a lazy right hand but Military sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Military fails to land the takedown.
Military looks for a takedown but Phone sprawls well.

Military gets caught flat footed, as Phone shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Phone drops back looking for a leg! Military is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Military manages to kick Phone off! Phone jumps back into Military's guard.
Phone throwing strikes but missing.
Military can't keep his opponent in guard - Phone advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Phone is trying to work for a kimura but Military is defending well.
Phone working the head and body with strikes.

Military avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Phone.
Phone wants to control but Military is keeping him busy.
Military is in trouble now - Phone has advanced to mount!
Military is in all sorts of trouble here.

Phone looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Military tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Military defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Phone.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Phone cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Phone is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Military can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Military is trying to reverse the position but instead Phone has taken his back - oops!

Phone has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Military is in real trouble here. Phone gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Military is tapping out! Phone wins by rear naked choke!

Eye Phone decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
