Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Professor F (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Lipsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). F comes to the cage accompanied by shortest man in world. Lipsky has chosen Comme Un Enfante as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
35 - 24 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Professor F! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 13 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Matt Lipsky! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! F checks the leg kick. F gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Lipsky. Lipsky moves into range and connects with a jab. F blocks a low kick nicely. Nice shot by Lipsky. Lipsky defends well against a solid takedown attempt from F. F has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lipsky lands a nice elbow. Lipsky throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Lipsky landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. F tries to work over Lipsky's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. F wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. F looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Lipsky throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
F is working for takedown but Lipsky is calmly controlling the position for now. Lipsky comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Lipsky misses with an elbow over the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lipsky lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Lipsky keeps control of F as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. F taking a breather. Lipsky scores with a knee to the head.

Lipsky lands a hook that snaps the head of F backwards. Lipsky crunches a lovely knee into F's ribcage. F is breathing heavily. Lipsky connects with a nasty looking knee right to F's face.

F has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lipsky is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Professor F. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lipsky unloads a knee to the mid-section. F lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lipsky landing knees to the body.

Lipsky stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Lipsky lands an elbow inside that F shrugs off. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. A nice glancing elbow lands by Lipsky. Lipsky lands an elbow inside. Lipsky looking to throw knees to the head but F is blocking nicely.

F is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Lipsky gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Lipsky tries to land knees in the clinch but F avoids the damage to the body. F is trying to trip Lipsky. He has hold of a leg but Lipsky is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. F persists though and gets the takedown into guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. F showing good wrestling skills to control the position. F trying to control the position from guard on top but Lipsky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. F might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lipsky has his feet on F's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Lipsky is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. F takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lipsky lands a nice leg kick that just misses F's sensitive parts. Lipsky throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent F stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A solid leg kick lands there for Lipsky.
The fight moves into the clinch position. F is trying to maintain a safe position but Lipsky gets an underhook and turns F into the cage. Lipsky lands an elbow inside. Lipsky tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lipsky tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and F avoids it. F misses with a body punch.
Lipsky lands an elbow inside. Lipsky lands an elbow just above F 's eye. Lipsky creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through F's defenses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Lipsky dominated that round. The cut man is working on Professor F's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
F ducks right into an uppercut from Lipsky. F takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Lipsky lands a lovely overhand right. Lipsky fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with F, pushing him back against the cage. Lipsky throws an elbow that misses.

Lipsky lands an elbow that stopped F in his tracks for a moment. F turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! F happy to just control the position for now. F wants to control but Lipsky is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. F remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
We're going to have a standup here because Professor F wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. A decent looking body kick lands there for Lipsky. Lipsky moves into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. F wants a takedown but no success here.

F has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Lipsky clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! I would not like to be Lipsky right now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Will F go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. What can Lipsky do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. F trying to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We're going to have a standup here because Professor F wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Jab by Lipsky. Lipsky chopping away at his opponent's legs.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Lipsky. F tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. This has been an exciting period of action! F drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

F tries to throw a body punch but Lipsky avoids it by throwing F back against the cage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. F blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Lipsky throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Fs head. Lipsky pushes off an throws an elbow but F leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. F stalling in the clinch but Lipsky improves position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Matt Lipsky will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Professor F's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Lipsky scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Nice shot lands for Lipsky. Lipsky connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed F momentarily.
Lipsky closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lipsky landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

F is rocked! Lipsky creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops F! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Lipsky.
