Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Muay Tibs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nurjan Nurjas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tibs's entrance music is Atreyu - The Crimson. A fine choice. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Muay Tibs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nurjan Nurjas!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Nurjas.
Tibs is looking to slow Nurjas down with leg kicks.
Nurjas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tibs paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tibs misses the shot to the body.
Nurjas falls off balance throwing a combination
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Tibs lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Nurjan Nurjas has been cut.
Nurjas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tibs connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Nurjas scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tibs moves into range and connects with a jab.
Horrible takedown by Nurjas or perhaps it was just good defense by Tibs which made him look bad.
Tibs throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Nurjas looks gassed!
Nurjas thows a body shot but no joy.
Tibs drops Nurjas with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Nurjas looks back up at him and smiles so Tibs waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Nurjas is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nurjas gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Tibs points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Nurjas wakes up just in time to hear Tibs thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Muay Tibs!
