Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nick Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brodie Sinclair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thompson comes to the cage accompanied by Kreator - Extreme Aggressions. Sinclair has chosen as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson works the jab nicely.
Thompson walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Sinclair checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Nick Thompson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sinclair uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Thompson.

The fighters circling - Thompson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sinclair closes the distance and clinches up with Thompson, looking for a takedown. Sinclair pushes Thompson against the cage but Thompson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sinclair shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Thompson sprawls well. Thompson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sinclair gets slowly back to his feet.

Thompson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sinclair momentarily.

Sinclair ducks under a wild hook from Thompson.
Thompson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Sinclair slips a jab and a cross from Thompson.
Thompson takes a swing at Sinclair's ribcage but misses.

Thompson lands a glancing blow to the side of Sinclair's head.
Sinclair throws a shot from downtown. Thompson moves away and avoids it.
Thompson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sinclair gets a double leg takedown into Thompson's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Thompson wants to get back to his feet but Sinclair is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Sinclair drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Thompson dives on top into guard.

Sinclair might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Thompson kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sinclair manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Sinclair lands a big shot there that rocks Thompson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Thompson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Thompson tries to get out of the position.
Thompson is in a horrible position here. Sinclair smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sinclair with a couple of short strikes.
Sinclair has isolated one of Thompson's arms. Thompson looking to fight him off but Sinclair twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
