Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Damien Knight!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Knight moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Knight is looking to clinch but Silva is avoiding it.
Knight avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Knight closes the distance but Silva moves to the side
and Silva decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Knight's guard.
Silva stops Knight from standing up.
Silva with a flurry of punches that miss.
Knight wants to get back to his feet but Silva is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Knight keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.
Knight wriggles free and stands up.
Silva shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Silva was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Silva jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Knight is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Knight and Silva has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Silva tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Silva has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Silva goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Knight rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Silva's guard! Nice work there by Knight!
Knight stands and steps away. Silva gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
A head kick misses from Knight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Nice takedown defense from Knight. No joy for Silva on that attempt.
Knight closes the distance but Silva moves to the side
and Silva counters by clinching up.
Knight tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Knight throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Silva blocks it with crossed arms.
Knight breaks from the clinch.
Silva is looking to clinch but Knight is avoiding it.
Nice body kick from Silva.
Silva circles away from the clinch attempt
and Silva counters with a nice body kick.
Knight looks gassed!
Silva fails in his attempt to clinch.
Knight tries to clinch
and Silva makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Knight looks to clinch
letting Silva counter with a right hand.
Silva lands a two punch combo.
Silva is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Silva misses with a hook.
Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Knight circles away.
Knight tries to clinch but Silva moves away
and Silva holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Silva wants a takedown but no success here.
Silva has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Knight avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Knight misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Silva.

and Silva counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Silva wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Knight breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Silva holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Silva misses with a knee to the head.

Silva pulls guard effortlessly.
Knight avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Knight is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Silva has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Knight is looking to defend but Silva has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Knight! Silva pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Knight taps out and this one is all over!
