Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mystic Zen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Lidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mystic Zen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniel Lidd! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zen ducks under a wild hook from Lidd. Lidd tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lidd throws a head kick but Zen moves out of range.
Zen looks to land a right hand but Lidd moved out of range. Zen showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lidd.
Zen shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lidd manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Zen is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Lidd utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Zen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Zen is pushing down on Lidd's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lidd is fighting to maintain full guard but Zen has managed to sneak the leg through. Lidd is in trouble now - Zen has advanced to mount! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zen throwing strikes here but Lidd is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lidd is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Zen throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Lidd because Zen loaded up on that one. Zen punching from mount but Lidd doing a good job of avoiding damage. Zen unloads with some shots from mount but Lidd bucks and avoids them well.
Lidd looks gassed! Zen misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Zen thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Lidd is desperately trying to improve his position but Zen has a good base and remains in mount. Zen looking to finish with strikes here!

Zen has isolated one of Lidd's arms. Lidd looking to fight him off but Zen twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
