Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Mcgillicutty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Hara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hara has chosen Harp and Lyre - Psalms 150 as his entrance music. Josh Hara told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgillicutty thuds his right hand into Hara's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Hara wants to work for an arm triangle but Mcgillicutty is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Hara shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mcgillicutty pinned against the cage. Mcgillicutty gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Hara wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mcgillicutty, who protects the arm well.
Hara lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mcgillicutty down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hara has control of Mcgillicutty's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Mcgillicutty regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Hara unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Mcgillicutty wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Hara celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

In his post fight interview, Josh Hara gave a big smile as he said 'It very big victory for me and i very happy! I wanna win this tournament and will get new champion! It's my dream and i go for it!'.
