Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alaskan Assassin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Salmon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Assassin comes to the cage accompanied by Skrillex - Summit. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, King Salmon! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Salmon with that takedown attempt. King Salmon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Salmon with a poor takedown and Assassin counters with a head kick. That will keep Salmon thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Salmon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Assassin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Salmon has managed to get both his arms back between Assassin's legs - danger averted. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Assassin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Salmon doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Salmon manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Salmon is looking to work some ground and pound but Assassin has wrist control. Salmon chips away with some ground and pound. Salmon postures up in Assassin's guard and throws a big left but Assassin blocks it. Salmon throws a big elbow that misses. Assassin has momentary wrist control but Salmon slips an elbow through the middle. Assassin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Salmon defends it easily. Salmon must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Salmon distracts Assassin with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Salmon throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
