8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ray Ray Jackson! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson misses with a combination

Jackson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Jackson tries to land a leg kick but Paredes saw it coming and moves away.

Paredes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Suan Paredes has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Paredes changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Paredes manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jackson throws a series of punches but Paredes moves out of range. Jackson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Paredes on the side of the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson throws a nice looking combination but Paredes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
