Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Ivan Kurochkin and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark gets caught napping as Earth Jr dives in and scores a takedown. Stark manages to retain guard.
Earth Jr could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Stark working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Earth Jr doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Earth Jr manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Earth Jr postures up in Stark's guard and throws a big left but Stark blocks it.
Stark is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Earth Jr accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Stark working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Earth Jr doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Earth Jr manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Stark is trying to escape the position but Earth Jr is controlling the position.
Earth Jr postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Stark manages to get back to half guard.
Earth Jr is stalling here. Stark is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Earth Jr seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Stark has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Earth Jr seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Stark does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Stark has his foot on Earth Jr's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Earth Jr works his way back into a safe position though.

Earth Jr closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Earth Jr in particular looking to stall.

Earth Jr is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Stark can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Mother Earth Jr overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well Earth Jr has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
