Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kazushi Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Do (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kazushi Sakuraba has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kazushi Sakuraba seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Do fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sakuraba has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Do fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sakuraba avoids it really well and circles away.
Do throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sakuraba.
Good leg kick by Do there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Do misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sakuraba throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Do's waist but Do gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sakuraba off to one side.
Do tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Sakuraba will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sakuraba blocks a head kick by Do.

Do clinches up with Sakuraba and pushes him back against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sakuraba has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Do avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kazushi Sakuraba. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Do lands a knee to the head.
Do tries a knee to the head but Sakuraba blocks it.
Do lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Do working Sakuraba over with knees to the body.
Sakuraba is working for takedown but Do is calmly controlling the position for now.
Do landing some nice looking knees to the body.
A right hand to the body from Do.
Do with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Do gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Oh Sakuraba is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Do lands an elbow inside.
Do working the clinch nicely. Sakuraba is working for position but Do cracks him with a big knee to the head! Sakuraba crumples up against the cage and Do lands two more shots before the ref can save Sakuraba! This one is all over!
