Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robert E Conan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mac is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Dump the Clip. Frank Mac will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Robert E Conan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Frank Mac!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick from Conan.
Mac jabs Conan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Mac circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mac leaves Conan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
No joy there for Mac, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mac looks to land a combination but Conan avoids it well.
Mac scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like Robert E Conan has been cut.
A nice combination there by Mac.
Sloppy strikes from Conan. Those never looked like landing.
Mac uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Mac tries to close the distance and clinch but Conan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mac takes the fight into the clinch.
Mac lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Mac creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Conan tries to break free but Mac pushes him back against the cage.
Conan tries to throw a body punch but Mac avoids it by throwing Conan back against the cage.
Conan fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mac has Conan pressed against the cage, preventing Conan from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Mac lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Conan is trying to push Mac away but Mac has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
A left hand lands to the body for Mac.
Mac is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mac will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Conan up against the cage.
Conan breaks from the clinch.
Conan fails with a takedown attempt.
Mac tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Conan paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mac tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Conan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Conan misses with a double jab.
Horrible takedown by Conan or perhaps it was just good defense by Mac which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert E Conan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mac closes the distance and lands a one-two.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Conan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mac manages to avoid it.
Mac avoids the head kick by Conan.
Conan misses with a right hand
and Mac makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mac lands with a hook. Conan tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mac tries to clinch but Conan is having none of it.
Conan looks to land a body kick but Mac moved away.
Mac doesn't manage to clinch there - Conan circles away.
Mac tries to clinch up but Conan circles away and keeps his distance.
Mac lands a jab-cross combination.
Conan throws a sloppy head kick and Mac moves out of range easily.
Mac feints a jab promting Conan to slip. Mac then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Conan slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Conan is rocked!
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Mac moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Conan! Mac continues to tee off on Conan, landing with a left and a right! Mac connects with a right hand that leaves Conan sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Mac!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Frank Mac!
