The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasil throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cray Vasil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dael closes the distance and clinches.
Vasil is looking to take this one to the mat.
Dael tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Vasil smiles and moves away.
Dael closes the distance but Vasil moves to the side
and Vasil counters with an outside leg kick.
Dael stuffs the takedown.

Dael seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Vasil is holding on tight.
