And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lalpa throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Patrick was covering up waiting for the punch and Lalpa finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lalpa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Patrick swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lalpa stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Patrick fails to land with a series of punches.
Lalpa gets a clinch.
Lalpa pulls guard successfully.
Patrick has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Lalpa is proving hard to escape from.
Lalpa has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Patrick should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Lalpa has tightened it up now! Patrick should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Misual Lalpa!
In his post fight interview, Misual Lalpa started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
