Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rumina Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Korto Grepplund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sato's entrance music is Call to prayer of islam. A fine choice. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Grepplund.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Grepplund throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sato's waist but Sato gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Grepplund off to one side.

That was a close round but I would say that Rumina Sato will probably get the nod.

Grepplund lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rumina Sato will probably get the nod.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Grepplund lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sato has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sato and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Sato is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Grepplund.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rumina Sato.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sato, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
