The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie lands with a kick to the ribs.
Pabin is breathing heavily.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pabin sprawls well. Pabin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Pabin. No joy for Gracie on that attempt.
Gracie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gracie lands in his opponent's guard.
Gracie forces his way into half guard.
Gracie works his way into side control.
Gracie has hold of Pabin's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Pabin seems comfortable defending it but Gracie has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Pabin is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Pabin is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Gracie couldn't care less - he's delighted!
