Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Eric Nielston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Xtreme MMA!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MMA misses with a head kick.
Nielston swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Nielston misses with a straight left.
Nielston looks to land a right hand but MMA moved out of range.
Nielston throws a big shot that misses.
MMA moves out of range as Nielston strikes.
MMA slips under a jab.
Nielston throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nielston throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
MMA closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Nielston is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but MMA has just dragged him back down to the mat.
MMA tries to move into full mount but can't pass Nielston's legs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
MMA looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Nielston is trying to buck MMA off.
MMA thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Nielston wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
MMA tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
MMA works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
MMA lands a nice forearm strike.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
MMA is looking to take a break and control but Nielston is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
MMA tries for a kimura but Nielston is defending well.
MMA looks gassed!
MMA trying to control the position but Nielston is working away.
MMA wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Nielston, who protects the arm well.
MMA tries to advance position but instead Nielston slips a leg back in to half guard.

MMA is looking for a kimura here.
MMA prevents Nielston from standing back up.
MMA controlling the action here.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
MMA drops his shoulder and cracks Nielston with a huge uppercut! Nielston goes down! Can MMA finish him?
Nielston is rocked!

MMA tries to free his leg and advance position but Nielston is retaining full guard.
Oh Nielston is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
MMA trying to control the position from guard on top but Nielston is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Nielston seems to have got his legs back now.
Nielston manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Nielston uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
MMA tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nielston paws at him with a jab and circles away.
MMA misses with a wild combination.
MMA lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nielston throws out a loose jab but MMA uses good head movement to avoid it.
The crowd cheers as Nielston lands an impressive looking overhand right. MMA doesn't seem phased though.
MMA blocks a jab.
Nielston throws a hook but MMA blocks it.
Nielston looks to land a left hand but MMA moved out of range nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Xtreme MMA dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Nielston misses with an uppercut. MMA saw that one coming.
Nice defenses there by MMA.
Nielston connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Nielston throws a hook to the side of MMA's head but MMA sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
MMA takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
MMA looks to land a body kick but Nielston moved away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nielston missing with a left hand there. MMA was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

MMA bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
MMA is looking to take a break and control but Nielston is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Nielston is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, MMA asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Nielston prevents MMA from moving into mount.

MMA moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
MMA taking a break here but Nielston is having none of it and regains half guard.
MMA is looking to stall here but Nielston recovers full guard.
MMA in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
MMA working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
MMA trying to control but Nielston is working from the bottom.
MMA is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Nielston on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nielston tries to get out of the position.
Nielston has his feet on MMA's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Eric Nielston is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
MMA moves away from the strike by Nielston.
Nielston throws a hook but MMA blocks it.
Nielston's corner calls for a 1-2. Nielston obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

MMA moves out of range of the strikes.
Nielston cracks MMA with a hook to the temple - MMA is on wobbly legs here! Nielston swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! MMA falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Nielston wins by TKO!
