Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Alvarez. Holmes has chosen Everybody Knows My Name as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mike Holmes has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a sloppy head kick and Holmes moves out of range easily.
Johnson throws a half hearted mid kick.
Johnson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Holmes has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Holmes misses with a straight right.
Johnson throws an off balance right hand
and Holmes counters with a two punch combo.
Johnson throws a leg kick which misses Holmes's front leg but catches the back leg as Holmes tries to avoid it.
Holmes slips under a jab.
Holmes takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Holmes lands a nice shot that snaps Johnson's head back.

and Holmes counters with a slapping leg kick.
Johnson throws an overhand right that lands on Holmes's shoulder, as Holmes tries to avoid the shot.
Holmes takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Johnson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Johnson's corner calls for a 1-2. Johnson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Holmes is looking to chop away at Johnson's legs.
Holmes fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Johnson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Johnson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Holmes uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Johnson.
Johnson scores with a crisp jab that stopped Holmes in his tracks.

Holmes throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Johnson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Johnson looks to land a left hand but Holmes moved out of range nicely.
Holmes takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Holmes ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Johnson is looking to land body kicks.
Holmes moves forwards but Johnson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Johnson is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Johnson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Holmes moves away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Johnson, as that shot connected.
Holmes smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Holmes defending well as Johnson loads up on a big left hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Holmes as he avoids it easily.

Holmes throws a big shot that misses.
Holmes dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Holmes throws a head kick but Johnson moves out of range.
Holmes misses with a double jab.
Johnson swings for the body but Holmes moves out of range.
Holmes connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Johnson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Johnson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Holmes.
Johnson misses with a hook. Holmes ducked under it nicely.
Holmes lands a right hook to the body.
Johnson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Holmes ducks under a wild hook from Johnson.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Holmes counters with a low kick, right behind Johnson 's knee.
Johnson avoids the head kick by Holmes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Johnny Johnson will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Holmes throws a jab but it's blocked by Johnson.

and Holmes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Holmes scores with a punch to the head.
Johnson is rocked!
Holmes lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Johnny Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson throws a right hand that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Holmes lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Johnson head around and knocks him out cold! Holmes hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Holmes!
