Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Karsk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Trill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kenny Karsk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hank Trill! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trill fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Karsk gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Karsk keeping moving, preventing Trill from controlling successfully. Trill tries to free his leg and advance position but Karsk is retaining full guard. Trill trying to control the position from guard on top but Karsk is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Trill trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Karsk looking to hit a scissor sweep but Trill is one step ahead there. Karsk keeping moving, preventing Trill from controlling successfully. Karsk is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Karsk slows the pace down in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karsk is keen to just control but Trill is a slippery customer. Trill is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Karsk scores with a couple of nice shots. Karsk throwing shots but Trill is blocking nicely. Karsk is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Karsk stops Trill from getting back to his feet.
Karsk working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Trill's thigh. Trill counters though and makes it back to full guard. Karsk trying to control the position from guard on top but Trill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Trill can't keep his opponent in guard - Karsk advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Nice strikes from Karsk there. Trill tries to roll over but Karsk keeps him under control. Karsk is looking to take a break and control but Trill is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Trill avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Karsk. Karsk is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Trill wants to get back to his feet.
Karsk content to control rather than advance. Karsk wants to lay and pray for a moment but Trill keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Karsk working the head and body with strikes.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Karsk stuffs the takedown. Trill throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Trill looks gassed! Trill loads up on a big right hand but Karsk slips the punch. Trill tries to keep at a distance but Karsk has taken the fight into the clinch. Trill is working for takedown but Karsk is calmly controlling the position for now. Kenny Karsk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hank Trill. Karsk wants a takedown but no success here.

Karsk lands on the inside with an uppercut. Trill is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Karsk lands a right hand. Trill breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Karsk fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Trill on the side of the head. Trill looking to land some kicks to the body here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Karsk avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Trill swings for the body but Karsk moves out of range.

Karsk throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Trill misses with a looping right. Trill looks for a takedown but Karsk sprawls well. Trill throws a hook but Karsk avoids it easily. Karsk keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Karsk moves out of range as Trill strikes. Trill tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Karsk tries to clinch up but Trill circles away and keeps his distance. Trill misses with a head kick.
Karsk displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Trill throws out the jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kenny Karsk dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Trill changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Karsk tries to avoid it but Trill manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Karsk to the ground. Karsk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Trill looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Trill stopping the sweep attempt from Karsk. Trill wants to pass the guard but Karsk is keeping the position. Karsk wants to sweep but no luck. Karsk is trying to control the position but Trill postures up. Trill is breathing heavily. Trill is looking to stand up but Karsk won't let him. Karsk throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Karsk is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karsk is figuring out what he wants to do next. Karsk winds up and cracks Trill with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Karsk seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Trill won't allow Karsk to pass to mount. Trill wants to sweep but Karsk has passed to side control! Trill tries to get back to half guard but can't. Karsk is putting a hurting on Trill here, landing some big shots from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Karsk controls the position. Trill is trying to get back to half guard. Karsk tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Karsk has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Trill manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Karsk is trying to control the action in half guard but Trill is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Trill is looking for a sweep. Karsk is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Karsk prevents Trill from standing back up.

Karsk has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Trill moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Trill is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Karsk looking to pass the guard. Karsk won't allow Trill to get back to his feet. Trill has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Karsk can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Karsk works over Trill with some ground and pound from guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Trill wants to sweep here but Karsk controlling him for the moment. Trill working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Karsk has passed into half guard!
Trill has hold of Karsk's hands but Karsk slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Trill slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Trill is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Karsk won't allow Trill to pass to mount. Trill is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

A close second round but Hank Trill will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Trill takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Karsk tries to clinch up but Trill circles away and keeps his distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karsk shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Trill's guard. Trill wants to stand but Karsk is controlling the position. Karsk sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Trill's guard. Trill manages to get to full guard.

He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Trill holds on and takes a little breather. Karsk content to stall in guard here. Karsk postures up and lands a big shot to Trill's brow. Karsk looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trill is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Karsk wants to control from the top but Trill keeps moving. Trill trying to keep a closed guard but Karsk is proving a slippery customer.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Karsk postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Karsk won't allow Trill to sweep him here. Trill wants to hit a switch here but Karsk passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Trill there! Karsk lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Trill can't escape the position.

And that's the end of the fight! Kenny Karsk showed his dominance in that final round. Well Karsk has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
