Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tshering Wangchuck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Varelans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wangchuck comes to the cage accompanied by Rapa - Rang Sem Kar Ga Mikar. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wangchuck fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wangchuck tries to close the distance and clinch up but Varelans swats him away and circles back towards the center. Varelans rushes Wangchuck and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Wangchuck tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Wangchuck lands an elbow that stopped Varelans in his tracks for a moment. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. A knee to the head by Wangchuck.
It looks like Paul Varelans has been cut. Wangchuck scores a nice knee to the body.

Varelans on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Varelans keeps the fight on the outside. Tshering Wangchuck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Wangchuck tries to close the distance and clinch but Varelans swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wangchuck slips a jab and a cross from Varelans.
Varelans tries to keep at a distance but Wangchuck has taken the fight into the clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wangchuck with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Wangchuck lands an elbow inside. Wangchuck has Varelans pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Varelans is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Wangchuck - that's hurt Varelans badly! Oh, another knee lands and Varelans is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Varelans doesn't seem to be complaining.
