The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Paulo Santos and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serdal throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bori.
Bori tries to clinch there but Serdal circles away.
Serdal closes the distance and clinches.
Serdal looking for a takedown.
Serdal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Bori seems to have got his legs back now.

Bori rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Serdal moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Serdal wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Serdal throws a series of punches but Bori moves out of range.

Markus Serdal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Serdal shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bori napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Bori is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Serdal has hold of Bori's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bori seems comfortable defending it but Serdal has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bori is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bori is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Serdal couldn't care less - he's delighted!
