Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Taisto Rahapussi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul ed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rahapussi comes to the cage accompanied by Caged in A Rage . Paul ed is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Taisto Rahapussi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paul ed! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! ed misses with a two punch combination.
Rahapussi darts in and out, connecting with a jab. ed lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Rahapussi throws a leg kick which misses ed's front leg but catches the back leg as ed tries to avoid it. Rahapussi tries to clinch there but ed circles away.
ed throws a jab when Rahapussi was well out of range. A nice inside leg kick there by Rahapussi. That's going to slow ed down. ed misses with a head kick.
ed displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rahapussi throws out the jab. ed stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and ed wants it to stay on the feet. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! ed misses with a double jab
and Rahapussi counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Paul ed has been cut. Rahapussi motions for ed to come forward. Rahapussi throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. That kick from ed tenderised Rahapussi's leg. Rahapussi is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's one minute gone in the round. ed ducks under a wild hook from Rahapussi. Rahapussi slips a jab and a cross from ed.
ed throws a right hand that misses
and Rahapussi counters with a nice uppercut. Rahapussi wants to clinch up but ed keeps it at a distance. ed feints a jab promting Rahapussi to slip. ed then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Rahapussi slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Paul ed is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rahapussi swinging wildly here.

and Rahapussi counters with a nice leg kick. Rahapussi throws a body kick that misses. ed dodges the punch combination from Rahapussi.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rahapussi dodges the punch combination from ed.
That's two minutes gone in the round. ed lands a glancing blow to the side of Rahapussi's head. Paul ed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rahapussi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rahapussi fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. ed lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
ed steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Rahapussi. That one must have hurt. ed tries to bum rush Rahapussi with a series of wild strikes but Rahapussi uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rahapussi fails with a takedown attempt. Rahapussi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but ed paws at him with a jab and circles away. ed misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rahapussi cracks ed with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A head kick misses from ed. ed looks gassed! ed fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rahapussi has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Rahapussi finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
No joy there for ed, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rahapussi closes the distance and pushes ed back into the cage. Rahapussi with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
ed has a couple of punches blocked by Rahapussi.
Rahapussi decides to pull guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells ed's corner. There ya go! There ya go! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rahapussi pulls ed in to control the position. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Rahapussi trying to strike off his back.
Rahapussi has his foot on ed's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. ed works his way back into a safe position though. Rahapussi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
