Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Otto von Goldstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deano Clavet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). von Goldstein comes into the arena with Heut ist mein tag blaring out of the sound system. Deano Clavet is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clavet on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Clavet closes the distance looking to clinch
and von Goldstein counters with a straight right hand.
Clavet throws a leg kick but von Goldstein sees it coming and checks it nicely.
von Goldstein fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Clavet has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Clavet tries to clinch there but von Goldstein circles away.
von Goldstein avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Clavet fails with a takedown attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
von Goldstein tries to keep at a distance but Clavet has taken the fight into the clinch.
Clavet jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as von Goldstein walks away with a smile on his face. Clavet gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
von Goldstein connects with a leg kick. Clavet looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Clavet tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but von Goldstein swivels and escapes.
Otto von Goldstein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Deano Clavet.
Oooooh!!! von Goldstein has knocked Clavet down with a huge combo! von Goldstein steps away and waves a wobbly Clavet back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
