Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Kesler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kesler might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cancer Bats - Deathsmarch. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kesler lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

It looks like Lyoto Machida has been cut.
A right-left combo lands from Machida.
Kesler lands a nice shot that snaps Machida's head back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kesler waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Machida.
Machida throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kesler.
Machida keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kesler.
Kesler throws a head kick but Machida moves out of range.
Kesler looks to throw the jab but Machida is out of range.

Machida closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kesler to the mat! Kesler manages to get full guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Machida is looking to work some ground and pound but Kesler has wrist control.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Lyoto Machida hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kesler throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Machida has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Kesler.
