Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between George DeLuca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ace Spades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DeLuca comes to the cage accompanied by Crying like a Bitch. The crowd seem to be enjoying Spades's choice of entrance music: Im A Beast. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, George DeLuca!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ace Spades!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeLuca misses with a hook.
Spades shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with DeLuca but DeLuca pushes him off and we're back to square one.
DeLuca throws a hook to the side of Spades's head but Spades sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
DeLuca changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Spades tries to avoid it but DeLuca manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Spades to the ground. Spades escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Spades fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but DeLuca avoids it really well and circles away.
Spades keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from DeLuca.
DeLuca looks to land a right hand but Spades moved out of range.
Spades lands a nice hook to DeLuca's body. DeLuca takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Spades shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts DeLuca as he jumps to the side.
George DeLuca has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ace Spades.
Spades shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has DeLuca pinned against the cage. DeLuca gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Spades tries to score a power double leg takedown but DeLuca sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Spades somewhat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Spades slips a straight right by DeLuca.
DeLuca misses with a looping right.
DeLuca looks to throw the jab but Spades is out of range.
Spades shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches DeLuca napping and manages to drive through into side control!
DeLuca gets back to half guard.
DeLuca desperately trying to maintain half guard.
DeLuca trying to hold on to Spades's head to control him but Spades postures up.
DeLuca is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Spades's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Spades's back!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
DeLuca patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
DeLuca is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Spades with him. Spades is trying to defend but DeLuca has an arm under the chin now! Spades grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). George DeLuca!
In his post fight interview, George DeLuca started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
