Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Twisted Von Prawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Costas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Twisted Von Prawn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Miguel Costas! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Von Prawn pushes Costas away with a front kick. Von Prawn drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Costas is adopting a defensive guard. Costas is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Von Prawn is standing up over Costas. Costas looks to escape but Von Prawn dives into side control.
Costas manages to work his way to half guard, despite Von Prawn's best efforts. Von Prawn is trying to control. Costas wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Costas moves into full guard.
Costas trying to keep a closed guard but Von Prawn is proving a slippery customer.
Von Prawn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Costas is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Von Prawn defends well. Von Prawn trying to control the position from guard on top but Costas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Costas looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Von Prawn passes into half guard.
Costas slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Costas keeping moving, preventing Von Prawn from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Von Prawn is really struggling to control Costas but he's trying to hold on to the position. Von Prawn preventing the sweep. Costas manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Von Prawn manages to get himself to full guard.
Costas throwing strikes from guard but Von Prawn blocks nicely. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Von Prawn looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Costas pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Von Prawn is keeping the position for now. Von Prawn working a defensive guard but Costas passes into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Costas not landing any meaningful shots this time. Costas is looking for a kimura but Von Prawn is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Costas to get the leverage. Costas is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Von Prawn makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Costas dives in and scores a takedown into Von Prawn's guard. Costas trying to control but Von Prawn is working from the bottom. Costas stands up and waves to Von Prawn to follow him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Von Prawn tries for a takedown but Costas circles away easily and Costas counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Costas. Von Prawn is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Costas throws a big elbow that misses. Costas sitting in guard here, content to control. Costas stands up and waves to Von Prawn to follow him. Costas throws a combination. Von Prawn tries to block but a couple of punches get through. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Costas throws a head kick but Von Prawn moves out of range.
Costas blocks the body kick.
Von Prawn gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Miguel Costas dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Von Prawn shoots in but Costas avoids the takedown attempt easily. Costas shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Costas landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Costas decides to stand and escape the position. Von Prawn clinches. Costas tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Von Prawn just stands there and leans against the cage. Von Prawn drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Costas gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Costas decides to pull guard. Von Prawn trying to control but Costas is working from the bottom. Von Prawn has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Costas trying to control the position here. Von Prawn has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Costas to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Von Prawn is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Costas pulls down on the head and he's put Von Prawn to sleep! This one is all over!
