The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boswel lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kovalevsky circles away quickly and effectively.
Sebwik Boswel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kovalevsky scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kovalevsky tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
