The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Rayder might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Mance Rayder was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Rayder tries for a takedown but Hunter sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Rayder shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Hunter is looking to get to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rayder's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mance Rayder.

Rayder fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hunter sprawls well initially but Rayder persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Mance Rayder hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Rayder gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Rayder lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Hunter wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Rayder.

Rayder turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Rayder works to advance to full mount. Hunter defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Rayder stands up from mount. Strange move.
Hunter leaves Rayder with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hunter misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hunter gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Hunter can't keep his opponent in guard - Rayder advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Rayder is looking to advance position but Hunter won't allow it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Mance Rayder showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Rayder shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hunter as he jumps to the side.
Rayder shoots in but Hunter avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Rayder shoots for a double leg takedown but Hunter sprawls well. He's pushed Rayder's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Harley Hunter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mance Rayder.
Hunter stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Hunter lands a glancing blow to the side of Rayder's head.

Rayder rushes Hunter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Rayder has picked Hunter up - he's going for a ride! Rayder dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mance Rayder wasn't active enough on the ground.
Rayder shoots for a double leg takedown but Hunter sprawls well. He's pushed Rayder's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Rayder shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hunter as he avoids it easily.
Rayder fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Rayder darts in and clinches Hunter up against the cage.
Rayder is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hunter pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Rayder jumps guard.
Hunter wants to stand but Rayder has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Rayder has his feet on Hunter's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Harley Hunter has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Hunter swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rayder shoots in and bounces Hunter off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Mance Rayder is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Hunter is working an open guard so Rayder takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
