Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown has a takedown stuffed.
Brown drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Courture is not content to let Brown control the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Courture can do anything to dispel that myth.
Courture is pushing Brown's head away, looking to escape. Brown manages to hold on to the position though.
Courture is looking to reverse the position.
Courture is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Brown asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Brown controlling the position from side mount.
Courture is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Courture really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brown. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Courture connects with the punch.

Courture throws the left hand but Brown avoids the punch easily.
Brown fails with a takedown attempt.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt - Courture sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Courture misses with a body shot.
Courture swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up but Courture swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Courture throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Brown displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Courture throws out the jab.

Courture scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Courture looks gassed!
Brown wants to improve his position but Courture is controlling well.
Brown trying to control but Courture postures up.
Courture is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Brown manages to get to full guard.
Courture makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Brown is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Brown wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Courture throws a jab when Brown was well out of range.
Brown showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Courture.
Courture throws the left hand but Brown avoids the punch easily.
Brown slips under a jab.
Brown shoots in but no luck this time.
Nice sprawl there from Courture as Brown shoots in.
Brown gets caught flat footed, as Courture shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Brown manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Courture is squirming around, avoiding Brown's attempts to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Brown sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Courture blocking the ground and pound.
Brown is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Courture is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Courture flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Brown anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Courture and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Brown slips an arm under Courture chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Brown has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Brown is squeezing on Courture like an anaconda would it's prey. Courture fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
