Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johann Remarque!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Remarque fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Torres plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Torres feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Torres won't allow Remarque to sweep him here.
Remarque working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Torres doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Torres manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Torres is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Remarque is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Remarque has escaped and now he's on top!
Torres looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Remarque puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Torres wants to improve his position but Remarque is controlling well.
Torres gets back to full guard.
Remarque tries to free his leg and advance position but Torres is retaining full guard.

Torres looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Torres wants to sweep but no luck.
Torres looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Remarque is defending well. Torres quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Remarque has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Torres celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
