The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perrier listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Perrier lands a lovely overhand right.
Perrier lands a glancing blow to the side of Colon's head.
Perrier sizes up Colon with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Perrier lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Perrier.

Perrier lands a left hand that snaps the head of Colon backwards.

Perrier breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Perrier scores with a shoulder strike.
Colon goes for a takedown attempt but Perrier pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Colon needs to keep his hands up - Perrier had a free shot at his head there.
Perrier fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Colon takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Colon. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Donk. Perrier catches Colon right on the button with a cross.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A right-left combo lands from Perrier.

Perrier lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Colon can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Perrier and Colon drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Perrier.
