The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nooberson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Burnett misses with a few strikes there.
Nooberson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Burnett with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Nooberson ducks right into an uppercut from Burnett.
Nooberson misses with a body shot.
Nooberson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Nooberson avoids the body shot from Burnett.
Nooberson misses the shot to the body.
Burnett throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nooberson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Burnett on the side of the head.
Burnett moves in looking to clinch but Nooberson pushes him off.
Burnett staying out of range there.
A nice combination there by Burnett.
Nooberson thows a body shot but no joy.
Nooberson lands a head shot.
Burnett avoids the body shot from Nooberson.
Nooberson fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Burnett checks it well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Burnett looks to score with a jab to the body but Nooberson is just out of range.
Nooberson cracks Burnett with a hook to the temple - Burnett is on wobbly legs here! Nooberson swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Burnett falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Nooberson wins by TKO!
