The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rafkatovich has a takedown stuffed.
Abott drives through with a takedown into guard.
Abott works over Rafkatovich with some ground and pound from guard.
It looks like Timur Rafkatovich has been cut.
Abott won't allow Rafkatovich to get back to his feet.

Abott postures up and lands a big shot to Rafkatovich's brow.

Timur Rafkatovich's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Timur Rafkatovich's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). David Abott!
A relieved looking David Abott thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
