Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Demetrius Colrane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Callan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mark Callan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Demetrius Colrane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Callan! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Callan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mark Callan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Colrane looks to score with a jab to the body but Callan is just out of range. Colrane looks to land a left hand but Callan moved out of range nicely. Callan tries to clinch and Colrane counters with a nice double leg into guard. Callan working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Colrane. Colrane working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Colrane trying to control the position from guard on top but Callan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Colrane lands a couple of elbows. Colrane throws a big elbow that misses. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Callan has momentary wrist control but Colrane slips an elbow through the middle. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Colrane's corner. There ya go! There ya go! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Colrane sitting in guard, not really doing much. Colrane has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Colrane throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Callan works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Colrane trying to control but Callan is working from the bottom. Colrane sitting in guard here, content to control. Colrane distracts Callan with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Colrane showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Callan has momentary wrist control but Colrane slips an elbow through the middle. Colrane passes Callan's left leg - he's now in half guard. Colrane controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Colrane landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
It looks like Mark Callan has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Callan tries to kick Colrane off but Colrane keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Colrane sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Callan defending well though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Colrane performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Colrane missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Ground and pound from Colrane. Colrane wants to pass the guard but Callan is defending well. Colrane performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Colrane's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Callan has hold of Colrane's hands but Colrane slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Colrane throwing shots but Callan is blocking nicely. Colrane sitting and controlling from the half guard. Colrane thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Callan's head. Colrane with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Callan avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Colrane.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Colrane looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Colrane scores with a couple of good hammerfists. This has been an exciting period of action! Colrane sitting and controlling from the half guard. Callan looks gassed! Colrane trying to pass the guard but Callan defending well. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Colrane works his way into full mount! Colrane is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Callan goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Colrane!

A very excited looking Demetrius Colrane made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
