Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brick Tires (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brick Tires told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Coleman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brick Tires! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coleman on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Good work by Coleman as he checks the leg kick. Tires throws a low kick but it's checked well by Coleman. Coleman misses the jab. Tires ducks under a wild hook from Coleman. A nice leg kick lands there from Tires. Coleman avoids a kick to the body.
Tires instigates a clinch. Tires creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Coleman's defenses.
It looks like Mark Coleman has been cut. Tires is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Coleman is defending well for now. Tires lands a hook to the side of the head. Coleman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Coleman shoots in looking for a takedown but Tires manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Coleman's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tires moves into range and connects with a jab. Tires looks to score with a jab to the body but Coleman is just out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Coleman. Tires does a little dance to reset his feet. Coleman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tires takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Coleman looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Tires uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Coleman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tires tries to hold on but Coleman postures up. Coleman content just to control the position here. Tires wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Coleman punishing his opponent with strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Coleman raining down shots from the mount! Tires avoids a series of strikes thrown by Coleman.
Coleman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Coleman looking to finish with strikes here!

It looks like Brick Tires has been cut. Coleman tries to control but Tires wriggling away. Tires tries to get back to half guard but can't. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Coleman avoids the attempt from Tires to control. Coleman lands a nice shot to the head. Coleman misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coleman looking to control and managing it successfully. Coleman throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Coleman punching from mount but Tires doing a good job of avoiding damage. Coleman takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Coleman throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Coleman tries to control but Tires wriggling away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tires in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Coleman dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Tires throws a solid leg kick but Coleman takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Tires. Tires tries to clinch up but Coleman circles away and keeps his distance. Tires throws a quick inside leg kick. Tires stuns Coleman with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Tires feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Coleman's calf. Tires wants to clinch. Tires cracks Coleman with a right hand to the side of the head. Brick Tires seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Coleman takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Tires fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Coleman checks it well. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Coleman checks a leg kick. Tires throws a leg kick which misses Coleman's front leg but catches the back leg as Coleman tries to avoid it. Tires throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tires throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Tires fails in his attempt to clinch. Tires fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Coleman manages to avoid it. Coleman drops his hands momentarily and Tires takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Tires moves in looking to clinch but Coleman pushes him off. Tires has Coleman up against the cage in a clinch.
Coleman has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Coleman taking a breather. Coleman avoids a wild elbow strike from Tires. Tires has a couple of punches blocked by Coleman.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Tires just misses with a elbow thrown towards Coleman's brow. Tires misses with some punches.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Coleman prevents a body shot from Tires. Coleman tries to score a body lock takedown but Tires shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Coleman lands a hook that snaps the head of Tires backwards. This has been an exciting period of action! Tires throws an elbow that misses.

Tires throws a leg kick but Coleman sees it coming and moves out of range. Coleman looks to throw the jab but Tires is out of range. Brick Tires seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coleman waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Tires. Tires closes the distance and clinches. Coleman blocks the elbow strike.

Tires pushes off an throws an elbow but Coleman leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Coleman wants to break free but Tires has control.

Coleman has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Tires after a bit of a struggle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Coleman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tires lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Tires misses with an elbow over the top. This has been an exciting period of action! Brick Tires showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Tires wants to get back to his feet but Coleman is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Tires pushes Coleman off looking to stand but Coleman dives back in and keeps control.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Tires kicks off Coleman and gets to his feet. Tires misses with a looping right. Coleman jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tires cracks the inside of Coleman's front leg. Tires throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Tires slips a jab from Coleman. Tires leaves Coleman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Coleman stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Tires. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Some bone on bone action there as Coleman checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Tires moves in looking to clinch but Coleman pushes him off. Tires fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Tires has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tires tries to clinch but fails miserably and Coleman counters with a nice body shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Coleman checks a low kick from Tires. Tires tries to close the distance and clinch but Coleman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Tires fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Coleman checks it well. Tires moves in looking to clinch but Coleman pushes him off. Tires tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Coleman is able to avoid easily. Tires tries to clinch but Coleman is having none of it. Tires tries to clinch there but Coleman circles away.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Coleman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Coleman showed some decent athleticism there. Coleman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tires does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
And that's the end of the fight! Brick Tires comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Tires has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
