Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Berrao feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Berrao throws a strike but Lixa rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Berrao is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lixa wants to stand but Berrao has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Berrao tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lixa's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Berrao wants to sweep here but Lixa controlling him for the moment.

Berrao has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lixa should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Berrao has tightened it up now! Lixa should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
