McClane comes into the arena with Refuse/Resist blaring out of the sound system. The key to victory for John McClane has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McClane blocks a jab.
Jiu Jitsu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McClane circles away quickly and effectively.

McClane tries to circle away but Jiu Jitsu has him pinned against the cage.

McClane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McClane fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jiu Jitsu is out of range.
Jiu Jitsu closes this distance looking for a takedown but McClane circles away.

McClane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jiu Jitsu manages to avoid it.
McClane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jiu Jitsu is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as McClane checks a leg kick.
McClane scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Jiu Jitsu with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
McClane throws a series of strikes that have Jiu Jitsu backpedaling.
McClane misses with a wild body shot.
McClane throws a combination. Jiu Jitsu tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
McClane lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Jiu Jitsu on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.


Jiu Jitsu is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jiu Jitsu shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McClane but McClane pushes him off and we're back to square one.
McClane throws a big shot that misses.
McClane dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jiu Jitsu. That did some damage!
Jiu Jitsu darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
John McClane is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
McClane stuffs the takedown.

Jiu Jitsu is still on wobbly legs! Can McClane finish him?
John McClane is winning the standup battle so far.
McClane connects with a combination that backs up Jiu Jitsu into the cage. McClane lands a flurry of punches that gets past Jiu Jitsu's guard. Jiu Jitsu is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! McClane bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John McClane!
A relieved looking John McClane thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
