Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tsi Tsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Jermery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tsi Tsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ron Jermery!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsu takes one to the side of the head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tsu. Jermery does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jermery looks to land a left hand but Tsu moved out of range nicely.
Jermery digs a good body shot into Tsu's ribs.
Jermery goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Tsu takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Tsu shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jermery's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Tsu loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Jermery wants to stand but Tsu is controlling the position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tsu wants to control from the top but Jermery keeps moving.
Tsu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Tsu is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jermery is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Jermery working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tsu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tsu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Jermery is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Tsu dives into side control.

Tsu tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tsu has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jermery wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Tsu cracks Jermery with a big elbow.
Jermery is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tsu is controlling him well.
Jermery tries to bench press Tsu off him but Tsu keeps the position.
Jermery manages to get back to half guard.
Jermery moves into full guard.

Tsu thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tsu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jermery swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tsu fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Jermery is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Tsu tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Jermery is looking to reverse the position.
Jermery can't do much from the bottom here.
Jermery dodges the ground and pound from Tsu.
Jermery tries to buck Tsu off but Tsu is having none of it.
Tsu connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jermery some visible discomfort.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jermery manages to get back to half guard.

Tsu is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Tsu seems to be working for a kimura but Jermery defends the submission attempt.
Jermery trying to hold on to Tsu's head to control him but Tsu postures up.
Jermery won't allow Tsu to pass to mount.

Tsu is trying to work for a kimura but Jermery is defending well.
Tsu seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jermery does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jermery is trying to maintain the position but Tsu is very close to passing his half guard.
Jermery wants to improve his position but Tsu is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tsi Tsu will probably get the nod.

Jermery feints and as Tsu raises his hands in defense, Jermery changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Jermery avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jermery trying to control but Tsu is working from the bottom.
Tsu tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Tsu controls Jermery momentarily but Jermery frees himself.
Jermery stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tsu swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jermery wanted to stand there but Tsu had control of the position.

Jermery has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tsu is proving hard to escape from.

Jermery avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jermery wants to get up but he can't break Tsu's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Jermery is pushing down on Tsu's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tsu is fighting to maintain full guard but Jermery has managed to sneak the leg through.
Tsu wants to improve his position but Jermery is controlling well.
Jermery has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Jermery get's back to his feet.
Jermery lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Jermery lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jermery throws a left and a right that both miss

and Tsu counters with a takedown into side control.
Jermery bucks up and tries to throw Tsu off but instead Tsu has got his back!
Tsu doesn't have the hooks in and Jermery manages to turn into his guard.

Tsu is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Tsu is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jermery defends well.

Jermery is looking to stand up but Tsu won't let him.

Tsu has his foot on Jermery's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jermery works his way back into a safe position though.

Tsu has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jermery can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Donk. Jermery catches Tsu right on the button with a cross.
Jermery misses with a series of wild punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Ron Jermery will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!


Tsu avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tsu takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Jermery closes the distance and clinches.

Jermery breaks the clinch.
Jermery digs a good body shot into Tsu's ribs.

Tsu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jermery was covering up waiting for the punch and Tsu finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Jermery is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Tsu drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tsu jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Jermery is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Jermery is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tsu is aware though and is defending well.

Jermery wants to sweep here but Tsu controlling him for the moment.

Jermery escapes and gets back to his feet.
Tsi Tsu is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Horrible takedown by Tsu or perhaps it was just good defense by Jermery which made him look bad.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Tsu gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jermery looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Jermery content to control rather than advance.
Tsi Tsu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Jermery moves into full mount! Tsu won't be happy about that!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tsu regains half guard.
Jermery keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Tsu is not content to let Jermery control the position.
Jermery is pressing down on Tsu's thigh, looking to free his foot. Tsu is holding on for now.
Tsu moves into full guard.

Tsu working for a triangle but Jermery defends it easily.

Jermery stands and steps away. Tsu gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Tsu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jermery sprawls well. Jermery wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tsu gets slowly back to his feet.
Tsu moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jermery with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Tsu throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jermery decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Tsu actively working from the bottom here.
Jermery wants to stand but Tsu has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jermery is trying to control. Tsu wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Jermery keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

And that's the end of the fight!
Ron Jermery comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Jermery has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
