Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Clothesoff is looking to reverse the position.
Clothesoff is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Sato working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Sato has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Clothesoff is trying to control Sato's posture but Sato avoids it.
Sato tries to move into full mount but can't pass Clothesoff's legs.

Sato is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Clothesoff doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sato.
Sato thows a huge punch but Clothesoff dodges it nicely.
Clothesoff tries to roll over but Sato keeps him under control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Clothesoff is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sato trying to control from half guard but Clothesoff is working away.
Sato drops an elbow to the side of Clothesoff's head.
Clothesoff holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sato is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Clothesoff is looking for a sweep. Sato is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Clothesoff keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Sato slips a nice elbow through Clothesoff's hands, connecting with Clothesoff's forehead.
Clothesoff tries to roll over but Sato keeps him under control.
Clothesoff wants to sweep but Sato has passed to side control!
Clothesoff is not content to let Sato control the position.
Clothesoff is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Clothesoff sneaks back into half guard.

Clothesoff is trying to control but Sato manages to pass to mount!
Clothesoff sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
The fighters are battling for position here. Clothesoff manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Sato connects with a couple of short punches.
Sato with a flurry of punches that miss.
Sato stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Clothesoff swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Sato slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Sato with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sato makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sato throws a strike but Clothesoff rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Clothesoff trying to control but Sato is working from the bottom.
Sato is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Clothesoff has his hands clasped together but Sato extends an breaks Clothesoff's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Sato.
