Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Fredriksson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sailo Lance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fredriksson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Fistful Of Steel - Rage Against The Machine. Lance has chosen Alive as his entrance music. Aaron Fredriksson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sailo Lance's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Sergei Dronov and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lance lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Fredriksson misses with a hook.
Fredriksson throws a lazy uppercut
and Lance counters with a left and a right that stings Fredriksson.
Fredriksson shoots in but Lance avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lance throws a series of punches but Fredriksson moves out of range.

Fredriksson gets a takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Lance is looking to improve his position.
Fredriksson is stalling here. Lance is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Fredriksson seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Lance has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Fredriksson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lance tries to stand but can't do so whilst Fredriksson controls his leg.
Fredriksson wants to control but Lance is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Fredriksson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Lance is looking to improve his position.
Lance really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fredriksson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Fredriksson is keen to just control but Lance is a slippery customer.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Fredriksson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lance doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fredriksson.
Fredriksson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Fredriksson passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Lance!

Lance is looking to get to half guard.

Fredriksson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Lance is surviving well by controlling Fredriksson's body position as best he can.

Lance is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Fredriksson prevents Lance from getting the reversal.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fredriksson looking to control but Lance is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Fredriksson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Fredriksson tries to control but Lance wriggling away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fredriksson has hold of Lance's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Lance manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Fredriksson shoots in but Lance avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lance lands a two punch combo.
Fredriksson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lance.
Lance looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Fredriksson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Lance throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lance slips under a jab.
Lance moves out of range as Fredriksson strikes.

Fredriksson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Lance is staying active underneath Fredriksson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Fredriksson is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Lance is not content to let Fredriksson control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fredriksson moves nicely into side control.
Fredriksson remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Aaron Fredriksson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Lance is pushing Fredriksson's head away, looking to escape. Fredriksson manages to hold on to the position though.
Lance tries to bench press Fredriksson off him but Fredriksson keeps the position.

Fredriksson advances nicely into full mount.
Lance is squirming around, avoiding Fredriksson's attempts to control the action.

Fredriksson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Lance is rocked!
Fredriksson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Lance is still in real trouble! Can Fredriksson finish him?
Lance tries to control Fredriksson's body but Fredriksson pushes him off. Lance squirms to his side and now Fredriksson has his back!

Fredriksson is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Lance with him. Lance is trying to defend but Fredriksson has an arm under the chin now! Lance grimaces and is forced to tap out!
