Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jeffrey Lui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Duggan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duggan has chosen HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duggan dodges the punch combination from Lui.
Duggan tries a head kick but it misses.
Lui shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Duggan looking for submissions off his back.
Lui slows the pace down in half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lui lands a nice short elbow.
Lui passes into side control, despite Duggan's attempt to control the position.
Duggan tries to improve position but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lui remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

That's time! Lui's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Duggan closes the distance and clinches up with Lui, looking for a takedown. Duggan pushes Lui against the cage but Lui circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lui, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
