Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edmund Queensberry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

27 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rock Johnson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Queensberry looks to score with a jab to the body but Johnson is just out of range. Johnson closes the distance and pushes Queensberry back into the ropes. Johnson misses with an elbow over the top. Queensberry is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Johnson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Queensberry looking to slow down the pace here. Johnson landing knees to the body.
Queensberry is breathing heavily. Johnson lands a shot to the body. Johnson is trying to drag Queensberry to the mat but Queensberry just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there. Knees to the body from Johnson.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Johnson lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Queensberry. Johnson lands a nice uppercut.

Queensberry is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Johnson is defending well for now. Johnson lands a hook to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johnson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Queensberry regains guard immediately. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Johnson looking to pass the guard. Edmund Queensberry's cut is getting worse. Johnson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Johnson looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Queensberry is avoiding damage well.
Queensberry prevents Johnson from moving into mount. Queensberry tries to bench press Johnson off him but Johnson keeps the position. Johnson tries to move into full mount but can't pass Queensberry's legs. Johnson is looking to take a break and control but Queensberry is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Queensberry is trying to get back to half guard. Johnson is staying tight to Queensberry's torso, preventing him from escaping.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Queensberry is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
