Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rostam Samani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Hardon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Hardon's choice of entrance music: Ameno. Rostam Samani has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardon uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Samani.
Hardon misses with an uppercut
and Samani counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
The fighters circling - Samani throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Samani clinches up with Hardon and pushes him back against the cage.

It looks like Big Hardon has been cut.
Big Hardon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Samani clinches up against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Samani struggles to land a body shot inside as Hardon controls his hands.

Samani makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Hardon has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Samani regains guard immediately.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Samani stuffs the takedown attempt from Hardon. Hardon gets slowly back to his feet.
Samani rushes Hardon and presses him up against the cage.

Hardon goes for a takedown attempt but Samani pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Samani ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hardon moves out of range of the strikes.

Samani fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hardon on the side of the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Samani dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hardon. That did some damage!
Samani closes the distance and clinches.
Samani swings wildly with an uppercut but Hardon uses good head movement to avoid it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Samani tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hardon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Samani throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hardon on the side of the head.

Samani closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hardon circles away.
Hardon drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Samani is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Hardon takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Samani wants to free his trapped foot but Hardon is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Samani works his way into side control.

Samani has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Hardon!
Samani tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Hardon keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Samani cracks Hardon with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Big Hardon's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Rostam Samani!
Rostam Samani seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
