Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Clayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller comes into the arena with Bis das Blut gefriert blaring out of the sound system. Clayton has chosen Jungle War Drums! as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jacob Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Clayton! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clayton avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Miller misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Miller looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Miller really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Clayton gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Miller connects with a knee to the head.

Clayton pushes off an throws an elbow but Miller leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Clayton lands a right hand that snaps the head of Miller backwards. Clayton tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Miller tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Clayton uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Miller. Miller takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Clayton has Miller up against the cage in a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A head punch blocked on the inside by Clayton. Miller can't break the clinch.
Clayton makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. A nice left hand lands by Clayton.

A short right from Clayton. Miller throws a knee to the head but misses.
Clayton has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Miller regains guard immediately. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Miller wants to stand up but Clayton is controlling him. Clayton connects with a couple of short punches. Clayton is working Miller over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Miller had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Clayton defends it easily. Miller avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller keeping full guard, as Clayton tries to pass. This has been an exciting period of action! Clayton connects with a couple of short punches. Miller looking for a guillotine here but Clayton defends easily.
Clayton makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Miller preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Miller throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Clayton sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Miller's guard. Clayton winds up and cracks Miller with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Clayton scoring with strikes to the body and head. Miller looking for submissions off his back. Ground and pound from Clayton. Clayton wants to control but Miller is keeping him busy. Miller taking some punishment here, with Clayton in his half guard. Clayton working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Miller looking for submissions off his back. Clayton stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Clayton lands with a good body shot. Jacob Miller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Miller avoids a punch combination nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Miller takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clayton lands a slapping body shot.

Clayton throws a sloppy head kick and Miller moves out of range easily. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Clayton blocks a head kick by Miller.
Miller takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Clayton throws a right hand that Miller ducks under and follows up with a left that Miller also avoids with ease. Clayton ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Miller moves away. Clayton lands a really nice looking cross but Miller seems unphased.
Miller wants to clinch up but Clayton keeps it at a distance. Clayton lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Jacob Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Clayton lands with a thumping leg kick.
Miller is looking to clinch. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Miller throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Clayton sees it coming and avoids it easily. Miller tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Miller moves to clinch but Clayton breaks away enabling Clayton to counter with a crisp jab. Miller tries to clinch but Clayton is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Clayton dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Clayton has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Miller. Miller throws a sloppy head kick and Clayton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Miller tries to close the distance and clinch but Clayton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Miller's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Clayton connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Miller scrambles back to his feet. Clayton avoids the head kick by Miller.

Clayton connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Miller is rocked! Clayton throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Miller colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Clayton as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Miller is left battered and dazed whilst Clayton and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Clayton!
