The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grove stalks De La Vega and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into De La Vega's face. De La Vega staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Ruben De La Vega has been cut.
Guara Grove seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De La Vega looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Grove rushes De La Vega and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
