The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diego gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Badge counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Diego's guard now.
Badge looking to pass the guard.
Badge seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Badge gets to his feet. Diego looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Diego shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Badge clinches with his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Badge is pressed up against the cage. Diego has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Badge down to the mat. Badge avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
