PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pixar Bonan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doran Connell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonan comes to the cage accompanied by Morbid Angel - Immortal Rites. Connell comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rob Kelly - Rockstar kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connell tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bonan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Bonan counters with a crisp one two that drops Connell! Bonan thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Connell to his feet! Connell is in big trouble!

Bonan drops Connell with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Connell looks back up at him and smiles so Bonan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Connell is still on wobbly legs! Can Bonan finish him?

No joy there for Bonan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Bonan lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Connell out cold! Connell is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
