James looks to land a left hand but Mackey moved out of range nicely.

and James counters with a nice low kick that buckles Mackey's knee momentarily.

James is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Mackey is forced to tap! Great finish!
