Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico scores with a jab to the body.
Davis shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rico sprawls well. Rico wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Davis gets slowly back to his feet.

Davis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rico keeps working.
Rico manages to get to full guard.

Rico looking to hit a scissor sweep but Davis is one step ahead there.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Davis trying to control the position from guard on top but Rico is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Rico keeping moving, preventing Davis from controlling successfully.
Davis might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Davis looking to sit in guard and control but Rico gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Davis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rico doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rico manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Rico tries to free his leg and advance position but Davis is retaining full guard.

Rico wants to get up but he can't break Davis's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Davis is looking to sinch up a triangle. Rico throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Davis's body to avoid the submission. Davis has instead reached around Rico's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Davis arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
