Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anomen Delryn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Cena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cena has chosen Booty Work as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Cena! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cena staying out of range there. Delryn misses with a kick to the body.
Cena moves into range and clinches up with Delryn. Cena is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Delryn looking to throw knees to the head but Cena is blocking nicely.
Delryn is trying to maintain a safe position but Cena gets an underhook and turns Delryn into the cage. Delryn tries a knee to the head but Cena blocks it.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Delryn takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Cena throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Delryn looking to throw knees to the head but Cena is blocking nicely.
Cena is working for takedown but Delryn is calmly controlling the position for now. Cena tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. A battle for position here, against the cage. Cena is trying to pull guard but Delryn turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. John Cena seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Delryn tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cena manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Delryn doesn't manage to clinch there - Cena circles away.

Cena manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Delryn wants to pass the guard but Cena is keeping the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Delryn trying to control the position from guard on top but Cena is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cena is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Cena is thwarting Delryn's attempts to control the position. Cena is figuring out what he wants to do next. Cena passes into side control, despite Delryn's attempt to control the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Cena in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Cena taking a breather here. Delryn looking for a sweep but Cena has passed into full mount! Oh no! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Delryn is looking to get to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Cena showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

John Cena seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Delryn trying to control the position but instead, Cena has worked for underhooks and has pushed Delryn into the cage. Delryn gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Cena.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Delryn walks away with a smile on his face. Cena gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Anomen Delryn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Cena.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cena decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Cena looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Delryn wants to control but Cena passes into side.
Delryn is looking for a sweep. Cena happy to just control the position for now. Cena tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Delryn wants to control but Cena postures up. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Delryn tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Cena easily slips into full mount! Cena is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Cena!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). John Cena! After winning the bout, John Cena thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
